Oy Hedengren Ab’s Annual Review 2025 has been published

Oy Hedengren Ab has published its Annual Review for 2025, which brings together the key events of the financial year as well as the Group’s financial performance.

CEO Marek Hintze describes 2025 as commercially challenging, but emphasizes that with the right strategic choices, Hedengren has strong potential to grow and develop in the coming years.

In 2025, net sales declined slightly from the previous year and amounted to EUR 63 million. Operating profit before taxes was EUR 630 thousand (EUR 988 thousand in 2024). Net sales from international operations totaled EUR 17 million.

Net sales in Security Solutions increased by 1.8% year-on-year, reaching EUR 34.4 million (EUR 33.8 million). Demand was focused on maintenance and lifecycle services, as new construction and commercial real estate projects started more slowly than expected. Net sales in Norway remained at the previous year’s level, while net sales in Sweden increased slightly.

Net sales at Hedtec decreased by 5.6% to EUR 28.7 million (EUR 30.4 million). The role of services expanded and began to deliver tangible results both in customer collaboration and in the piloting of new concepts.

Market conditions remain uncertain. However, the company’s management has strong confidence that by developing its commercial capabilities and successfully executing its strategy, Hedengren has the opportunity to grow and develop in the future.
