Hedengren Security AS has acquired the business operations of Prosec Stavanger AS. With this acquisition, Hedengren strengthens its position in the Norwegian market as a responsible Nordic provider of security systems.

As a result of the business transaction, the employees of Prosec Stavanger will transfer to Hedengren as existing employees. Customers and partners will also transition to Hedengren. Hedengren is committed to maintaining existing customer relationships and partnership agreements and ensuring a smooth transition.
Hedengren Security AS was established in 2012 through the acquisition of Prosec Oslo AS and Prosec Söröst AS. In 2019, Prosec Bergen AS became part of Hedengren. Hedengren Security AS is part of the Finnish Oy Hedengren Ab Group, a leading supplier of security systems and an importer of electrical and HVAC products. The company was founded in 1918 and operates in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Estonia. In 2022, the Hedengren Group's revenue was 65 million euros, and it employed 260 people.
