The Hedengren Access Management training program consists of four levels: Fundamentals, Installation, Sales, and Configuration. The Fundamentals course must be completed before attending any of the advanced training courses. The Fundamentals and Sales courses are delivered online, while the Installation and Configuration courses are classroom-based trainings.

C1 Level: Fundamentals
Includes the online courses Access Control Fundamentals and Hedengren Access Management Fundamentals.
Both courses are concise and cover the basic principles of access control and the Hedengren Access Management system.
The objective of the course is to ensure that participants have sufficient foundational knowledge before attending advanced courses, allowing those courses to focus on more specialized topics.

C2 Level: Installation
Includes an online course covering the general principles of access control system installation.
In addition, participants attend a hands-on classroom training session where physical installations are carried out on Hedengren Access Management system hardware and related components.
The objective of the course is to ensure that participants understand how access control systems are wired and installed, have a basic understanding of networking technologies, and are able to use, install, and correctly connect Hedengren Access Management devices.
The training concludes with a final examination. Participants who successfully pass the exam will receive the Hedengren Access Management System Installer Certificate.
C2 Requirements: Successful completion of the C1-level training.

C3 Level: Sales
Includes an online course covering the design and sales of the Hedengren Access Management system.
The objective of the course is to enable participants to design and sell complete Hedengren Access Management solutions in a variety of applications and customer environments.
The training concludes with a final examination. Participants who successfully pass the exam will receive the Hedengren Access Management Sales Specialist Certificate.
C3 Requirements: Successful completion of the C1-level training.

C4 Level: Configuration
Includes hands-on training covering server installation, controller configuration, and the setup of the most common system settings.
The course starts with a clean server installation and concludes with a fully operational access control system.
The objective of the course is to ensure that participants can perform the necessary configurations required to commission and maintain the system.
The training concludes with a final examination. Participants who successfully pass the exam will receive the Hedengren Access Management System Expert Certificate.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptop computer.
C4 Requirements: Successful completion of both the C1 and C2-level training courses.

Classroom Training Days
Schedule: Classroom training days begin at 9:00 AM with coffee and light refreshments and end at 3:00 PM. Lunch is included.
